Sinapis alba

Appearance: Small round (1-2mm in diameter), colored yellowish white to black.
Aroma: Mustardy.
Flavor: Mildly mustardy.
Use: Yellow mustard is the mildest out of the mustard varieties. It can be used for pickling, or toasted for other applications. It can be used for table mustard as well.
